Yes. Every bottle we carry is sourced and verified before it is listed. If a bottle ever doesn't check out, we refund it in full.

How do I know a fragrance is really in stock?

The stock count you see on a product page is the real number in our inventory, checked at the time the page loads. We don't show a product as available unless it actually is.

Can I pay through WhatsApp instead of the website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Depending on the product, you can either check out directly on the site or complete your order through WhatsApp with a member of our team.

Can I return a fragrance if I change my mind?

Accepted Answer

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept change-of-mind returns on unopened, sealed bottles within 14 days of delivery.

How long does delivery take?
