What to do if something isn't right with your order.
We want every order to arrive exactly as described. If it doesn't, here is how we make it right.
If a bottle does not check out as authentic, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund it in full, including return shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept change-of-mind returns on a fragrance that is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
